3. When will my order ship?

Shipment depends on the item ordered. Each order is custom order and once you place your order, the processing time is 2-3 weeks. 

4.Can I place a custom order? 

Yes, but please request a custom at least 2 weeks in advance.

5. I have an issue with my order, what should I do? 

If you have any questions regarding your order rather it be missing or disinfected, please reach out immediately so we can resolve your concerns. 

6.  How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take 1-2 business days to process and up to 10 business days to appear back.

7. What form of payment do you take? 

We take all major debit/credit cards.
